Sometimes as we go through life, we lose ourselves in our friends, our family, our job, or just our
everyday life. There are a variety of emotions that you may be feeling and it can be difficult to organize and have a true understanding of ourselves.
For some people, you may know how you’re feeling and even why you feel that way, but you don’t know how to make it better. Therapy can help you organize your feelings, gain a better understanding of yourself, and get you unstuck from where you are right now so you can find a way for a healthier and happier life.
Life can be difficult to navigate. Let’s figure out the best path for you together
My approach to help you will mainly be solution-focused. We will problem-solve what is stopping you from living the life you want and then develop a goal to get you there. Your goal in therapy will guide us on our path. We may practice different variations of mindfulness, listening to music and/or create art. As a graduate from Concordia University Chicago with a specialization in School Counseling, I will use my training along with my experience in working with high school aged students through early adulthood to get you on a better path in life.
